Suffolk rams were in strong demand at Saturday’s show and sale of rams at Bentham Auction Mart. Demand outstripped supply resulting in a virtual complete clearance. Top price Suffolk shearling made £920 shown by Messrs G and A Fort of Keighley.

Overall average for Suffolk Shearlings £404.14 while lambs averaged £262 to a top of £380 also from G and A Fort.
